Hello! I am a research scientist at NaverLabs Europe within the Spatial AI time. I am working on the development of new algorithms for robots navigation and perception.
My research interests are at the edges of physics, control, and machine learning, all mixed together to propose new ways of simulating and representing reality. While my PhD was targetting application of deep learning in physics, I am now extending this idea to robotics, studying how embodied agents can learn to reason, plan and act in their environment.
My background is in electrical engineering and signal processing (MSc), but I also own a degree in artificial intelligence (MSc). Teaching will always hold a special place in my heart, as I am a "agrégé" teacher in engineering and computer science.
PhD in Deep Learning, 2020-2023
INSA Lyon, France
MSc in Artificial Intelligence, 2019-2020
Claude Bernard University, Lyon
MSc in Electronics, Electrotechnics and Automatics, 2018-2019
Ecole Normal Supérieure, Paris-Saclay
I have successfully defended my PhD ! Here is a link to the manuscript, and the (unnecessarily fancy) slides of my defense.
The slides are made using reveal.js, and the animations are made using d3.js. The code is publicly available (on my github page). Don't hesitate to tell me (mail or X (Twitter)) if you find a way of reusing it for your own presentations !
